For Pre-paid Stock Account (Cash Balance), DRx Account (Fractional DR), and Mutual Funds Account,

Please prepare the following documents for account opening:

1. Valid ID card photo
2. Photo of your face with the National ID card
3. Front page of your bank book
4. Photo of your signature on a white paper

For Cash Stock Account, Derivatives Account, and Bonds Account

Please prepare the following documents for account opening:

1. Valid ID card photo
2. Photo of your face with the National ID card
3. Front page of your bank book
4. Photo of your signature on a white paper
5. Additional financial documents for credit evaluation including the following:

• • Bank deposit account statement for the last 3 months
  • Latest payslip
  • Fixed deposit account statement
  • Securities balance report for the latest month
  • Debentures, stock loans or investment unit certificates
