Identity Verification Process on the Pi Website

Choose the Identity Verification method.

1. Identity Verification through NDID

2. Identity Verification at AIS Service Points

3. Identity Verification through Dip Chip

1. Identity Verification through NDID

Note: If you are using NDID service for the first time, please apply for NDID service with the banking application you are using. Only after successfully applying for NDID service, you can proceed with identity verification for opening an account with Pi (Settrade).

1.1 Select your preferred bank displayed in the list on the screen. Please have your mobile phone ready to proceed with the identity verification process.

1.2 The bank you selected will send a push notification to your mobile phone. Click on the notification to enter the banking application or access it directly from the application.

1.3 Follow the steps provided by the bank to initiate the identity verification process.

1.4 Return to the main page of the website to check the latest status of your account.

1.5 After your identity verification through NDID is confirmed, click the "Proceed" button.

1.6 Step 3 Submit additional documents

2. Identity Verification at AIS Smart Kiosk

2.1 Go to an AIS Smart Kiosk near you

2.2 Select the "Identity Verification (NDID)" menu

2.3 Enter your mobile phone number to receive an OTP

2.4 Enter the OTP you received

2.5 Read and accept the terms and conditions, then click "Agree"

2.6 Insert your ID card into the card slot provided

2.7 Choose the verification option on the screen

2.8 Take a photo to verify your identity

2.9 Check the accuracy of the information and click "Confirm"

2.10 You will receive an SMS confirming the transaction from AIS Kiosk

3. Identity Verification through Dip Chip

Note: Identity verification will be done through the Dip Chip method using the company's devices which is currently only available for account applicants in certain areas of Bangkok.

If you choose to verify your identity through Dip Chip with your national identification card, a Pi officer or Investment Consultant (IC) will contact you later to explain the Dip Chip verification process.
