How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Settrade

Steps to enable Two-Factor Authentication on the Settrade website

1. Visit the Settrade website. You can use the same Username and Password to access Streaming services.

2. Select "Continue"

3. Choose the method you want to enable for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Please have the device ready that you use to access the Streaming Application.

Option 1: Streaming Token

1. If you choose the "Streaming Token" option, the system will display a 6-digit code.

2. Open the Streaming App on your mobile phone.

3. On the login page, select "Login PC".

4. Choose your Pi account and enter the PIN.

5. Select "Streaming Token".

6. Enter the 6-digit code you obtained into the Streaming app, then press "Submit".

7. The system will confirm the successful activation. Click on the "Get Started" button.

8. With the two-factor authentication (2FA) successfully set up, you can now return to the Settrade website's login page to log in to your account.

Option 2: QR Code

1. If the customer selects the "QR Code" option, the system will display a QR Code image.

2. Open the Streaming App on your mobile phone.

3. On the login page, select "Login PC".

4. Choose your Pi account and enter the PIN.

5. Select "QR Code".

6. Scan the QR Code displayed on the PC screen.

7. The system will confirm the successful activation. Click on the "Continue" button.

8. With the two-factor authentication (2FA) successfully set up using QR Code, you can now return to the Settrade website's login page to log in to your account.
