How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on PROFIS / iFIS

Steps to enable 2FA on PROFIS/iFIS

0. Install the PROFIS application.

• For iOS users, click here to download.
• For Android users, click here to download.

Note:

• You must install the PROFIS App on your mobile phone before enable 2FA on iFIS.

1. Log in by selecting the Broker name to "Pi".

2. Enter Username and Password, then press the "Login" button.

2. Read the Terms & Conditions, select the "Accept" button.

3. Verify the phone number used for 2FA registration, then press the "Confirm" button in order to receive an OTP via SMS.

Note:

• SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number that you have registered with Pi Company. If you want to edit your phone number, press the Back button and contact IC who takes care of your account.

4. Enter the OTP number received and press "Confirm".

5. You have successfully registered for 2FA. Proceed to the next step to complete the 2FA process.

Steps to enable 2FA on iFIS

1. Go to the iFIS system to log in.

2. Enter Login Name, Password and put ✅ in SAVE PIN field, then select the "OK" button.

3. On the '2 Factor Authentication' window, select the "Request OTP" button.

4. Go to “Notification OTP” on your PROFIS App which is located at the bottom of the screen at the login page.

5. Copy OTP from PROFIS into OTP box in iFIS page.

6. Press "Submit" and all set!
